A Letter to All The Clients–Fight The Epidemic. We’re Here!

Fight the epidemic. We’re here!

The virus was first reported in late December. It is believed to have spread to humans from wild animals sold at a market in Wuhan, a city in central China.

China set a record in identifying the pathogen in a short time following the outbreak of the contagious disease.

The World Health Organization(WHO) has declared the coronavirus outbreak from China a “public health emergency of international concern(PHEIC).” Meanwhile, the WHO delegation highly appreciated the actions China has implemented in response to the outbreak, its speed in identifying the virus and its openness to sharing information with the WHO and other countries.

To effectively prevent and control the current pneumonia epidemic of a new coronavirus, Chinese officials have limited transportation in and out of Wuhan and other cities. The government has extended its Lunar New Year holiday to Sunday to try to keep people home.

We are stay-at-home and try not to go out, which doesn’t mean panic or fear. Every citizen has a high sense of responsibility. In such a severe time, we can’t do anything for the country other than this.

We go to the supermarket every few days to buy food and other goods. There are not many people in the supermarket. There is demand exceeds supply, snap-up or bid up prices. For everyone who enters the supermarket, there will be a staff to measure his body temperature at the entrance.

Relevant departments have uniformly deployed some protective equipment such as masks to ensure the timely and sufficient supply of medical personnel and other staff. Other citizens can go to the local hospital to get masks by their ID cards.

As a foreign trade company located in Jinan, Shandong province, all our colleagues are currently working online at home. Affected by the novel coronavirus, the delivery will be delayed. The latest delivery time will be tracked, but we’ll keep tracking the status and try our best to expedite. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.

It is not necessary to worry about the safety of a package from China. There is no indication of the risk of contracting the Wuhan coronavirus from parcels or their contents. We are paying close attention to the situation and will cooperate with the relevant authorities.
